    For those who want a guided, personalized fitness journey with weekly check-ins, Passive Fitness Training offers structure, support, and accountability — all on your terms.

    We'll meet once a week (4 connects per month) via Google Meet to review your current progress and discuss the upcoming week's workout plan. Each workout plan is created weekly based on your input, lifestyle, and goals — no generic templates here. You’ll also get a Diet Plan based on your inputs which we can modify as and when its needed.

    Need help with exercise form? I’ll record personalized demo videos whenever needed and upload them to a shared Google Drive folder for easy access and download.

    With four sessions per month and continuous plan updates, this is a perfect fit for anyone who wants professional guidance while maintaining flexibility.

    Looking for real-time coaching, personalized workouts, and consistent support? With 1:1 Virtual Training, we connect live via Google Meet for an hour four times a week — that’s 16 sessions a month — to train together, track progress, and refine your form and technique.

    Each session is focused on building long-term strength, stamina, power, mobility, flexibility, and endurance. Whether you’re working out from home with minimal equipment or training at the gym, I’ll tailor each workout to fit your space and goals.

    You’ll get expert guidance on posture, execution, and recovery — plus we’ll check in on your diet, lifestyle, and overall well-being throughout the journey. All you need is your phone and the willingness to show up.

    Already confident in the gym or kitchen but need a clear plan to follow? This service is for you.

    We’ll connect twice via Google Meet — first, to understand your goals, preferences, and current routine. Then, I’ll create a personalized workout or diet plan (depending on your need) designed to help you move efficiently toward your target. The plan will cover up to one month and is built around your specific inputs.

    In our second and final session, I’ll walk you through your plan in detail, answering any questions and ensuring you're ready to execute it with confidence.

    This is ideal for self-starters who just need expert structure and direction — no ongoing check-ins, just a solid roadmap.
