For those who want a guided, personalized fitness journey with weekly check-ins, Passive Fitness Training offers structure, support, and accountability — all on your terms.
We'll meet once a week (4 connects per month) via Google Meet to review your current progress and discuss the upcoming week's workout plan. Each workout plan is created weekly based on your input, lifestyle, and goals — no generic templates here. You’ll also get a Diet Plan based on your inputs which we can modify as and when its needed.
With four sessions per month and continuous plan updates, this is a perfect fit for anyone who wants professional guidance while maintaining flexibility.

Each session is focused on building long-term strength, stamina, power, mobility, flexibility, and endurance. Whether you’re working out from home with minimal equipment or training at the gym, I’ll tailor each workout to fit your space and goals.
You’ll get expert guidance on posture, execution, and recovery — plus we’ll check in on your diet, lifestyle, and overall well-being throughout the journey. All you need is your phone and the willingness to show up.
